The District Level Round of the Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2025 was held at the Nodal District-Chandel, hosted by the South East Manipur College, Komlathabi. The event featured Promilata Mongsang Wanglar, SDC/BO DC of Chandel, as a special guest. A panel of five jury members included Ts. Mhanthung Anal, President of Wisecrabs, Chandel; Dr. Manglien Gangte, Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Moreh College, Moreh; Roel Anita Moyon, Head of the Department of English at SEMCO; Eshavicky Ngoru, Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at SEMCO; and Pr. Rengir Chothe, Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at United College, Lambung, Chandel. A total of 25 participants from three different colleges—United College, Moreh College, and SEMCO—took part in the program.
